Member FAQ

Our Surveys

I don't seem to be receiving your survey invitations.
After successfully registering, you should receive our survey invites by email on a regular basis - at least one per month. If the program or website you use to access your e-mail includes spam filtering, please make sure to include panel@i-say.com in your contacts (also referred to as a white list, address book, safe senders or safe list) to ensure you continue receiving Ipsos i-Say Online Panel surveys and e-mail messages.
Please be sure we have a current email address for you. If you have changed your email address, please let us know by providing your new address on our Change of Info page.
I completed one of your surveys, but wasn't asked for my name or mailing address. How will I receive my incentive for completing the survey or be entered into the sweepstakes draw?
When an email with a survey invitation is sent to you, there is a unique link (URL) that will connect you to the survey. This is how we know you completed the study.

Technical concerns

The survey does not work. Who should I contact?
Kindly forward your email invitation, including the survey link, to panel@i-say.com along with a brief explanation and we will be happy to look into the matter and if necessary send you a new link.
What are cookies, and why does my computer have to accept them?
In simple terms, a cookie is a small bit of information that is stored in a user's browser, often just a code that contains the server name and a generated string of unique text and numbers. Cookies are used to store information about what pages you have requested within that specific site (and, only within that site). Any sites that need to "recognize" you without a password (such as a customized newsreader, MyYahoo!, or other personalized sites) do so by storing the key to your profile as a cookie. Unless the visitor has specifically offered personal information already on the site (e.g., through a registration form), there is no way for a site to know more about that individual than the unique cookie code within that particular site. Cookies can be beneficial in research to determine where a respondent has "left off" in a survey if they wish to pick up again later.

When I click on the link, nothing happens / the link appears to be invalid. What should I do?
If clicking on the link does not let you access the survey, please copy and paste the link into the address/location bar of your browser. The link in your email may extend across two lines or more. If it does, you may have to copy and paste each line separately and remove any spaces.
If this does not work, kindly forward your email invitation to panel@i-say.com along with a brief explanation and we will be happy to look into the matter and if necessary send you a new link.
How do I know if I won something?
Every potential winner will be sent a winner's notification email from winners@i-say.com. The participant will have ten days to reply to the winner's notification email in order to be named a winner.
