- To begin, log in to your Yahoo Mail account
- Check your Spam Folder. If you see a message there from panel@i-say.com click on the “Not Spam” button. This will help future emails from being categorized as Spam.
You can also create a filter through your Yahoo Mail account to allow emails from specific addresses. To create a filter:
- Click on the “Options” button at the upper right portion of the screen.
- Click on “Mail Options”
- Click on “Filters” on the left hand side of the page
- Click on “Create or edit filters”
- Click on the “Add” button to add a filter
- On the “From Header:” row, enter the email address you want accepted. In this case it would be panel@i-say.com
- Choose the folder that you would like the indicated email addresses to be sent to (e.g. Inbox).

- To begin, log in to your Gmail account
- To make sure emails from a specific address reach your inbox, you must add them to your contacts list. Open the email sent from the address in question.
- Click on the drop down menu (the down arrow) beside the “Reply” button.
- Select “Add panel@i-say.com to your contacts” from the drop down menu.
- Emails from these email addresses will now be considered safe and will automatically be sent to your inbox.

- To begin, log in to your Hotmail account
- Click on “Options” on the upper right portion of the page; select “More Options” from the drop down menu.
- Click on “Safe and blocked Senders” ( beneath the Junk e-mail header)
- Click on “Safe Senders”
- Enter the email address panel@i-say.com and click on the “add to list” button.

- Log in to your AOL email account; go to your inbox.
- Click on “Spam Controls,” located on the lower right side of your screen.
- Click on “Custom Sender List” from the “Mail & Spam Controls” box.
- Add www.i-say.ca or panel@i-say.com to the domains and email addresses you would like to receive mail from, then click add.
- Click “Save.”
